The Dental Office on campus opened in February of 2015. Since then, the office has provided care to hundreds of people in the UNT community. Our dentist and staff make up an experienced team of licensed professionals who aim to provide UNT students, faculty, and staff with the most affordable, high-quality, and convenient dental care available.
EXAMS
Routine exams are important for maintaining your oral health.
FILLINGS
The dentist may recommend a filling to restore a tooth damaged by decay back to its normal function and shape.
EXTRACTIONS
If a tooth has been broken or damaged our dentist will try to fix it with a filling, crown, or other dental treatment.
ROOT CANALS
Our dentist may recommend a root canal in an attempt to repair and save a badly damaged or infected tooth.
ORAL CANCER SCREENING
The goal of oral cancer screening is to identify mouth cancer early, when there is a greater chance for a cure.
X-RAYS
We use a state-of-the-art digital x-ray system to see inside a tooth, beneath the gums, and other areas not visible to the naked eye.
CLEANINGS
Our dentists perform cleanings to remove plaque, stains, and calculus, as a way to keep your mouth healthy.
MOUTHGUARDS
Mouthguards are individually and custom designed to protect from teeth grinding and sometimes sports injuries.
BRIDGES & PARTIALS
A bridge or partial is typically used to fill in gaps left by missing teeth.
CROWNS
The crown itself is designed to save what is left of a tooth and prevent further degradation.
INVISALIGN
No other teeth alignment system offers the level of comfort, convenience, and confidence that you'll find with Invisalign®.
